Santa Fe is located at the Ocean beach end of Victoria parade in Manly, only 2 minute walk to the Beach, the Restaurants
and Shops, and only a 7 minute walk from the Ferry terminal and Bus Station
Manly is located just 12 minutes by Jetcat, or for a more leisurely cruise the Ferry takes 30 minutes, to the heart of
the city of Sydney, therefore there is no need for any other form of transport once you have arrived in this lovely picturesque seaside resort.
Manly is unique in the fact that within 5 minutes walk you can either be surfing on one of Australia's finest surf beaches or you can be sitting
at a harbour front café watching the sailing boats go by or watch the ferry come and go.
All the sightseeing of Sydney can be done by catching a ferry to Sydney, catching a ferry to Taronga Zoo, catching a
ferry to Watson's Bay, catching the river cat to Homebush, catching a rocket to Darling Harbour, catching a ferry to the Opera House - what a lovely
way to travel to see all there is to see and do when visiting Sydney.
The cosmopolitan atmosphere is extremely popular to locals as well as visitors; Manly has a thriving range of sidewalk
cafes and restaurants catering for every style of cuisine. Sit at any outdoor café and enjoy a cappuccino; buy fish and chips and sit on the beach
or grab an ice cream and walk along the harbour at sunset.

On arrival all guests receive a "Welcome Pack". Inside are directions on how to use the phone in their apartment, discount
vouchers for Sega World, Ocean World , Wonderland and other tourist attractions. Also, award winning restaurants in the area offer guests a complimentary
bottle of wine when they dine in their restaurants.
The office is located centrally in Manly and this is where the guest will check in,
register and pick up their keys. There is a direct link from their apartment phone to our office; so should our guests need anything we are just
a phone call away.

- Minimum Stay: A 3 Night Minimum Stay is required to book this Apartment
- Check-In Procedure: The Property Managers office is located at Shop 2, 39 East Esplanade, Manly, only a few minutes walk from the Ferry
Wharf. Guests are required to pick-up keys and sign in before proceeding to their apartment. After Hours key pick-up can be arranged prior to
arrival.
- Extra Guests: Roll-away beds & Sofa Beds are not available in these apartments
- Infants: Cot & Highchair package can be provided at extra cost
- Cleaning: Apartments are cleaned on a weekly basis.
- Non-Smoking: All apartments are non-smoking.
- Booking Conditions:
- 10% of the full cost of the stay will be charged at the time of the booking.
- This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason.
- A further deposit of $300 will be required for stays less than one week, and $500 for bookings more than one week at the time of booking.
- A $100 fee will apply for any booking that is cancelled (as well as the 10% non-refundable deposit)
- Should the booking be cancelled more than 14 days prior to booked arrival, then a refund will be made less $100 cancellation fee, less 10%
non-refundable deposit.
- Should the booking be cancelled within 14 days of booked arrival, no refunds will be made.
- The balance is payable on arrival.
