The Park Lodge Hotel is ideal for corporate relocations coming to Sydney on a tight budget, or travellers looking for long term affordable accommodation in an ideal city location.

The Park Lodge Hotel is located in Sydney's prime Surry Hills district - the area famed for its nightclubs, bars and restaurants. Crown Street is only a block away, and offers Sydney's best eateries and small bars. Travel to the top of Crown St and you will find yourself on Oxford Street - Sydney's clubbing strip. A 10 minute walk towards Hyde Park and you will be in Sydney's CBD, where you will find all the major Technology and Financial services firms Head offices. Darling Harbour, Circular Quay and Chinatown are only a few minutes away on a tram, bus, or underground train.

The Park Lodge Hotel offers Sydney's most affordable long stay accommodation, with Single, Double, Twin and Triple rooms available for stays longer than 28 nights. The property has been recently refurbished, and features a newly fitted communal kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Also available is a communal television lounge with plasma screen to catch up with residents or friends. You will also find the courtyard a pleasing place to have a summer drink or just relax.

Rooms have been newly refurbished, and offer brand new beds and furniture, most including a wardrobe, ensuite bathroom or private bathroom, tallboy with drawers, work desk, and bedside tables and lamps.

As a budget accommodation provider, services are limited at the Park Lodge Hotel to keep prices down. On arrival you will be provided with a room, a linen back, and bedding. Bathroom amenities, towels, and any other extras must be purchased by the guest and are under no circumstances provided by the hotel. Internet and phone facilities are not provided and guests will need to organise these themselves during their stay. Cleaning is not provided, and you will need to keep your own room clean and tidy during your stay. Onsite laundry facilities are provided for guests use (at charge). Parking is not available onsite.

• Minimum Stay: To book at the above rates a 28 night minimum stay is required.
• Cleaning: No cleaning service is provided, and your room on departure must be left in a neat and tidy condition to avoid cleaning fees on departure
• Internet: Internet must be arranged by the guest and is not available through the hotel
• Telephone: No telephone is provided in the room. An Australian mobile is suggested
• Infant Cots: Cots are not available
• Reception: An onsite manager is available (limited hours)
• Parking: No parking is available onsite
• Non-Smoking: This is a no-smoking in room’s; however smoking in the courtyard is acceptable.
• Bond and charges: A valid credit card is required at the time of reservation, and any damage or cleaning fees may be charged to to this card should this be required in addition to the room rate. Room rates are fully pre-charged in advance, and are non refundable once charged. A minimums stay applies, and any stay less than the minimum required will still be charged at the minimum rate.
