Coogee View Apartments -  Optional Extras and Cancellation Policy

● Minimum Stay: A 3 night minimum stay is required at this property

● Extra Adults:  additional Adults up to maximum indicated cost A$195 per
   adult per week

● Children: Free in existing bedding.

● Infants: A cot is available for A$15 per night.

● Internet: Guests may arrange their own Dial Up internet connection during the
   stay.

● Meals: This property does not offer meals

● Parking: Secure Undercover Parking is available Free of Charge

● Transfers: This hotel does not offer airport transfers. A public shuttle service
   can be arranged from the airport after arrival, at approximately A$10 per
   person. A taxi to this hotel from the airport will cost approximately A$30

● Location: 56 Carr St, Coogee, NSW 2034

● Cancellations: Cancellation within 7 of booked arrival will incur the full cost
   of the stay as a Cancellation Fee.

● Validity: Rates valid until March 2007

Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy

● At the time of booking the first two amounts will be charged to secure the
   booking.
● 10% deposit on the entire stay will be charged and is not refundable if the
   booking is cancelled or shortened.

● The remaining 90% of the first weeks stay will be charged at time of booking.
● The remaining 90% of the rest of the stay will be charged 4 weeks prior to arrival.
● If the stay is to occur within a month of booking, full payment will be charged at
   time of booking.

● If the booking is cancelled or shortened more than 4 weeks prior to booked
   arrival, the 90% of the first weeks stay will be refunded.

● If the booking is cancelled or shortened more than 7 days but less than 28 days
   prior to booked arrival, the 90% of stay (other than the first week) will be refunded.
● If the booking is cancelled or shortened within 7 days of booked arrival, non of the
   cost of stay already charged will be refunded.

● By continuing with the booking, it is understood that you accept these
   conditions.
● Higher rates and different cancellation policy applies to Holiday and Special
   Events periods.

Credit Card Charges:

● A 2% processing fee applies to charges made by Visa, Mastercard and
   Australian Bankcard.

● A 3% processing fee applies to charges made by American Express and Diners.
