Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:
- At time of booking a non-refundable deposit of 10% is payable.
- The 90% balance is payable at check-in
- For bookings totalling less than 10 room nights, 72 hours notice of cancellation is required.
- Cancellations within 72 hours of booked arrival or failure to show for these bookings will incur
a Cancellation Fee equal to the cost of the first night (per apartment) booked. For bookings totalling
10 room nights or more, 14 days notice of cancellation is required.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of booked arrival for these bookings or failure to show, will
incur a Cancellation Fee equal to the cost of the first night (per apartment) booked.
- The above Cancellation Fee will be in addition to the 10% deposit charged at time of booking.
- All prices quoted are low season prices unless otherwise mentioned and valid for the dates given.
