• Rates: All rates are room only rates for 1 or 2 adults.
• Additional Guests: Add A$40 p/n for each additional person using the rollaway bed or sofa bed.
• Check-In / Check-Out: Room availability guaranteed after 2pm / Check-out time by 11am.
• Internet: Broadband Internet is available in the rooms from $20/day or about $65/week.
• Parking: Free undercover security parking for 1 car/room (less than 2 meters clearance) is included in the rates, subject to availability.
• Breakfast: Pre-booked Continental Breakfast $10/person/day. Pre-booked Full cooked Breakfast $15/person/day. Rates are higher if not booked when reservation is made.

Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:

• At time of booking a non-refundable deposit of 10% is payable.
• The 90% balance is payable at check-in
• For bookings totalling less than 10 room nights, 72 hours notice of cancellation is required.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of booked arrival or failure to show for these bookings will incur a Cancellation Fee equal to the cost of the first night (per apartment) booked. For bookings totalling 10 room nights or more, 14 days notice of cancellation is required.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of booked arrival for these bookings or failure to show, will incur a Cancellation Fee equal to the cost of the first night (per apartment) booked.
• The above Cancellation Fee will be in addition to the 10% deposit charged at time of booking.
