Hotel Accommodation in Sydney over New Year Eve
Hotels in Sydney over the New Year are usually booked out well in advance, especially properties with views of the Fireworks, or near the harbour. Last year many hotels over New Year Eve were fully booked by August and hotels with views of the fireworks were fully booked by mid year. Be aware that beachside suburbs such as Manly, Coogee Beach and Bondi Beach are fully booked over the Christmas New Year period very early in the year.
PLEASE NOTE: M-Power Accommodation will attempt to keep the noted availability over the New Year Eve up to date by marking room types as "sold out" when advised by the hotels. However, if a room type is not marked as "sold out", this is not a guarantee of availability as rooms are selling rapidly during this very busy period.
Additionally, please be aware that as hotels fill, the hotels may vary their terms and conditions (including minimum stay requirements) and charges without notice.
Conditions outside of the control of M-Power Accommodation, the hotel and harbour cruise operators may affect the showing of the Sydney fireworks over New Years Eve. M-Power Accommodation and its suppliers are not liable in the event that authorities change the planned New Year Eve fireworks schedule.
