The Brand New 5 Star Meriton Kent Street offers exceptional accommodation in a spectacular architecturally created building. Luxurious Studio, One, Two Bedroom apartments of high quality design located on Kent Street in the city centre. Close to all of Sydney's major attractions, and within walking distance to Darling Harbour, Cockle Bay Wharf, Queen Victoria Building, Sydney Aquarium, Powerhouse Museum, Sydney's business district, many Corporate headquarters and courts.

This property is the last designed building of the world famous Australia designer, Harry Seidler and is the newest iconic landmark building on the Sydney skyline.

• Extra Guest: All rates above are for up to the number of guest shown. Use the sofa bed for one extra guest under 12 years old, only - incurs a A$50/night surcharge.
• Parking: Secure Undercover Parking is available.
• Infant Cots: Infant Cots are not provided. However, you can call 'Hire-4-Baby' (02 9300 9098) to arrange a Cot.
• Breakfast: Breakfast is not provided but there is a Cafe close by. The Menu is provided in the apartments.
• Non-Smoking: All Meriton apartments are non-smoking.
• Property Facilities: 24h Reception, 24hr security, Security room keys, Lift/elevator, All rooms are non-smoking. The Gym/fitness room, Heated swimming pool, Sauna & Spa are not available for guest use at this time - whilst the upper floors are under construction.
• Apartments Feature: Air conditioning; Balcony; Bath; Broadband Internet access; CD player; Cable TV; Fax/modem telephone line; Hairdryer; In-house movies; Ironing equipment; Opening windows; Self catering (full kitchen); Tea/coffee making. Studio Apartments share an external laundry. All One and Two Bedroom Apartments (except a small number) have and internal laundry.
• Internet: Wireless high speed internet is available.
• Hotel Bond: Without the credit card of a staying guest, or the authorised use of a 'third party' (someone else's) credit card being held as guarantee against damage and incidentals, a cash Bond of A$500/night may be required prior to keys being given upon check-in. If you have secured your own reservation with your own credit card then this will be held as guarantee against damage and incidentals, and no cash bond will be required.

Booking and Cancellation Policy:

• For stays that include the 31st December, 2010 a 3 night minimum stay applies.
• Two charges will be made at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• Firstly, a 10% non-refundable deposit of the Total booking cost will be charged. This amount is not refundable or transferrable if the booking is cancelled, shortened or changed.
• Secondly, if your stay includes any of the nights 29th, 30th, 31st December, 2010 and 1st, 2nd January, 2011 (inclusive) the remaining 90% balance of these nights will also be charged at time of booking.
• Cancellation before the 1st October, 2010 will forfeit the first amount noted above (10% deposit).
• Cancellation or shortening or change of stay within 90 days of booked arrival will also forfeit the second amount charged, as noted above.
• A contract of stay will be provided to obtain your acceptance of these conditions, and must be returned to for the booking to progress.
• M-Power strongly recommends Travel Insurance to cover any losses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances.

Booking and Cancellation Policy:

• Two charges will be charged to secure your Reservation over New Years Eve.
• A Deposit equal to 10% of the Total Cost of Accommodation will be charged at time of booking.

• These amounts, once charged are not refundable if your stay is cancelled or shortened for any reason.
• The Balance of the Total Cost of Accommodation is payable to the hotel at time of check-out.
