This property is the last designed building of the world famous Australia designer, Harry Seidler and is the newest iconic landmark building on the Sydney skyline.

Meriton Kent Street Apartments requires a 4 night minimum required for stays that including any night from 31st December, 2008 to the 3rd January 2009 (inclusive). See below for rates and conditions.

Extra Guest: All rates above are for up to the number of guest shown. Use the sofa bed for one extra guest under 12 years old, only - incurs a A$50/night surcharge.

Infant Cots: Infant Cots are not provided. However, you can call 'Hire-4-Baby' (02 9300 9098) to arrange a Cot.

Breakfast: Breakfast is not provided but there is a Cafe close by. The Menu is provided in the apartments.

Non-Smoking: All Meriton apartments are non-smoking.

Property Facilities: 24h Reception, 24hr security, Security room keys, Lift/elevator, All rooms are non-smoking. The Gym/fitness room, Heated swimming pool, Sauna & Spa are not available for guest use at this time - whilst the upper floors are under construction.

Apartments Feature: Air conditioning; Balcony; Bath; Broadband Internet access; CD player; Cable TV; Fax/modem telephone line; Hairdryer; In-house movies; Ironing equipment; Opening windows; Self catering (full kitchen); Tea/coffee making. Studio Apartments share an external laundry. All One and Two Bedroom Apartments (except a small number) have and internal laundry.

Hotel Bond: Without the credit card of a staying guest, or the authorised use of a 'third party' (someone else's) credit card being held as guarantee against damage and incidentals, a cash Bond of A$500/night may be required prior to keys being given upon check-in. If you have secured your own reservation with your own credit card then this will be held as guarantee against damage and incidentals, and no cash bond will be required.

Parking: Secure Undercover Parking is available at approx A$35 per 24 per hour period - multiple entry.

Internet: Wireless high speed internet is available at A$20/day (max 10Mb).

Booking Policy:

• If your stay includes any of the nights 31st December, 2008, 1st, 2nd or 3rd of January, 2009 (inclusive) a 4 night minimum applies.
• The higher rate applies to all nights 31st December, 2008, 1st, 2nd or 3rd of January, 2009 (inclusive).
• Discounted rate is offered to all other nights of your stay

Charge and Cancellation Policy:

At time of booking 2 charges will be made:

• 10% non-refundable deposit of the total Cost of accommodation will be charged at the time of booking.
• The remaining 90% cost of 1 night at higher rate will be charged by Meriton Apartments at the time of booking.
• These charges are thereafter not refundable for any reason.
• The booking will only be confirmed once a contract of stay has been signed and returned.
• The balance of the booking stay will be charged by Friday 29th August 2009.
• Cancellation, shortening of stay or failure to show after this date will forfeit the cost of booked stay.
• By proceeding with this booking, it is understood that you accept these conditions.
• M-Power strongly recommends Travel Insurance to cover any losses incurred due to unforeseen .

Central Railway hotel

Central Railway Motel Sydney is an affordable three star accommodation option in Sydney. This property offers clean, comfortable accommodation in the central part of Sydney. Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:

• A non refundable Deposit equal to 10% of the Total Cost of Accommodation will be charged at time of booking.
• The 90% Cost for the 4 Minimum nights will also be charged on 5th December, 2008.
• The above amounts, once charged are not refundable if your stay is cancelled or shortened for any reason.
• The remainder of the stay is payable on arrival.
