  • Two charges will be charged to secure your Reservation over New Years Eve.
  • A Deposit equal to 10% of the Total Cost of Accommodation will be charged at time of booking.
  • The Remaining 90% Cost for the first Month will be charged if the booking is cancelled after 1st December 2011.
  • The balance will be payable monthly in advance.
  • These amounts are non-refundable once charged.
  • By making a booking it is understood that this policy has been accepted.
