A higher rate applies for these minimum nights. The summer rate applies to other nights of your stay.

Extra Guests: All the above rates are for the number of guests indicated. Children under 12 stay free in parent's apartment, using existing bedding. Add A$30/night for each additional guest using a Sofa Bed in One & Two Bedrooms apartments (no extra bed in Studio Apts). A cot can be provided at no extra charge. Baby Bath and high chair are also available.

Visitors on New Year Eve: A maximum of 4 visitors per apartment (beyond those already booked into the apartment), may be invited on the night of the 31st of December. There is a charge of $20/person for guests invited on the night of New Year's Eve. Please note that no parking is available for those guests you may invite on New Year Eve.
