Serviced apartments operate similarly to a hotel with the added advantage of the space of an apartment. This option also provides hotel services such as reception, daily or weekly servicing, pantry service etc. These apartments are desirable for international relocations where you or your client may not be familiar with the local area, and may need guidance from reception regarding local customs, places of intrest, and any other questions you may have to be easily and quickly answered. This option is also more expesnive than unserviced apartment options. Unserviced apartments are typically found in stand alone residental buldings without reception or housekeeping. Costs are significantly reduced, however once you have decided to reduce costs in this manner, you will find yourself on your own in this.
