Portofino Apartments -  Optional Extras and Cancellation Policy

● Minimum Stay: A 4 night minimum stay applies to all bookings (excluding High
   season and special events).

● Extra Adults:  additional Adults up to maximum indicated cost A$20 per adult
   per night using single sofa bed A cot can be provided at no extra cost.

● Children: Children between 8 years and under of age, are free in existing
   bedding.

● Infants: Infants are children under 3 years of age. A cot is available free of
   charge per night. Strollers and high chairs are not available at this property.

● Internet: Dial up internet (on request). Local call cost applies.

● Parking: limited and must be booked at time of booking. Extra charge of
   $10/night

● Credit Card Fees: This property applies a fee of 3.5% for charges made with
   American Express and 2% for Visa and MasterCard. Diners Card is not
   accepted

● Transfers: This hotel does not offer airport transfers. A taxi to this hotel from
   the airport will cost approximately A$45-$55.

Low Season Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:

  • A deposit equal to 10% of the full stay will be charged at the time of making the booking.
  • This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason.
  • The remaining 90% of the accommodation costs will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay
  • If the booking cancelled within 7 days of booked arrival or the guest fails to show, the remaining 90% of the first night will be charged on top of the 10% deposit.
  • By proceeding with the booking it is understood the the above conditions have been accepted.
  • All prices quoted are low season prices unless otherwise indicated.
