Description/Location

Situated between beach and City, Meriton Bond Junction Serviced Apartments are a great place from which to start your Sydney Adventure. The Apartments are very close the a major bus and train interchange making all the Southern Sydney beaches like Coogee Beach, Bronte Beach and of course world famous, Bondi Beach. very accessible. Take the bus to Watsons Bay for a fish and chip lunch with spectacular harbour views.

Just outside Reception is the expansive Bondi Junction Shopping Complex with its many boutique stores, restaurants and shopping malls. All apartments are fully furnished with tasteful fittings and décor and all have a fully full kitchens with modern appliances and cooking utensils. Easily reconfigured bedding makes accommodating couples or families easy with various combinations of King or Single Beds to choose from..

MINIMUM STAY: A minimum stay of 2 nights applies to ALL stays in low season.

LONG STAYS: Please apply for Long Stay Rates.

Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:

• The above rates only apply to bookings made more than 14 days prior to booked arrival. Higher rates may apply for stays within 14 days of intended arrival.
• There will be a non refundable deposit of 10% of the booked stay charged by M-Power Accommodation at the time of booking.
• The remaining 90% cost of the stay will by charged by Meriton Apartments at check-in.
• If the booking is cancelled or shortened, more than 7 days prior to booked arrival, the 10% deposit will be forfeited.
• If the booking is cancelled or shortened within 7 days of booked arrival or the guest fails to show for the booking, then the 90% balance of up to 7 nights of the booked stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• 7 days notice is required to shorten a stay once commenced, to avoid the cost of these nights being charged.

● These rates are available during low season times until the dates noted

● Rates: All rates above are for up to the number of guest shown. Use the sofa bed
   for one extra guest under 12 years old, only - incurs a A$50/night surcharge.

● Infant Cots: Cots and Infant accessories are not provided by the hotel. However,
   you can call 'Hire-4-Baby' (02 9300 9098) to arrange a Cot or other infant items.

● Non-Smoking: All apartments are non-smoking. All apartments have enclosed
   balconies.

● Bedding: All beds are Zipped King Beds and each apartment's bedroom can have
   1 King Bed or 2 Single Beds.

● Bathrooms: Most 2 and 3 bedroom apartments have 2 bathrooms.

● Hotel Bond: Without the credit card of a staying guest, or the authorised use of a
   'third party' (someone else's) credit card being held as guarantee against damage
   and incidentals, a cash Bond of A$200/night may be required prior to keys being
   given upon check-in. If you have secured your own reservation with your own credit
   card then this will be held as guarantee against damage and incidentals, and no
   cash bond will be required.
