Two bedroom villas: The majority are a split level style - Upstairs there is a Master bedroom with 1 queen bed; 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds; two way bathroom; separate toilet; Downstairs there is a lounge/dining area; kitchen, laundry.

Three bedroom villas: Perfect for families, our three bedroom villas are a split level style – Upstairs there is the Master bedroom with 1 queen bed & ensuite; 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds; 3rd bedroom has 1 single bunk bed; 2nd bathroom; separate toilet; Downstairs there is a lounge/dining area; kitchen & laundry

Hotel spa rooms: The Hotel Spa rooms have 2 queen beds side by side in the one area; tea/coffee making facilities; air-conditioning; bathroom with separate shower; spa bath; hairdryer.

Studio rooms: Each Studio room has 1 queen bed and 1 single divan in the same area; kitchenette with basic cooking facilities; bathroom with shower; air conditioning and a small outside area.

Two Bedroom Apartment: Two Bedroom Apartment are set in a three storey block with each apartment set on the one level on the inside. Master bedroom has a queen bed; 2nd bedroom has 2 sets of single bunk beds; two bathrooms; lounge room; dining room; self contained kitchen; laundry

Two Bedroom Suites: Two Bedroom Suite has two separate bedrooms with 1 queen bed in each room; there is a single divan in the lounge area; kitchenette; bathroom with a shower over spa; air conditioned; balcony or courtyard.

Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:

● A non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of the entire stay will be charged at
   the time of booking.

● No further charge will occur if the booking is cancelled more than 14 days
   prior to booked arrival

● If the booking is cancelled within 7-13 days of booked arrival, a further 10% of
   the booked stay will be charged as a cancellation fee

● If the booking is cancelled within 3 - 6 days of booked arrival, a father 50% of
   the booked stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.

● If the booking is cancelled within 3 days of booked arrival, the full remaining
   90% of the booked stay will be charged as a cancellation fee

● By making a booking it is understood that you accept this policy

● Breakfast Available Continental A$15.00pp Full A$21.50

● Roll-away bed - A$27 per night. Limit of one extra person per room

● Children up to 12 years using existing bedding - Free Of Charge
