Blessed with a heady mix of ocean beaches, riverfront, variety of restaurants and nighteries, Mooloolaba is a popular, central Sunshine Coast resort town. It also has an all-weather port which is not only home to a large trawling fleet, but the finishing point for blue-water sailing races from both Sydney and Auckland. With its international standard marinas and quality restaurants, Mooloolaba is a favourite anchorage for ocean cruisers and game fisher folk. Surfers can also have their moments on the Mooloolaba waves or at nearby beaches such as Alexandra Headland, Coolum and Maroochydore. The scenic gems of the Sunshine Coast hinterland are just a short drive inland. Distance from Brisbane (State Capital): 100 Kilometres.

Osprey Apartments - Optional Extras and Cancellation Policy

● Cleaning: 1 maid service each week (after 8 days) is included in the tariff.
   Additional cleaning can be provided at an extra cost.

● Extra guest:  additional Guest up to maximum indicated cost A$30 per
   guest per night.

● Infants: Infants are children under 3 years of age. A cot is available for A$6
   per night. High chairs  are available for A$4/night.

● Internet: Can be accessed via the phone line in your apartment - call costs will
   apply.

● Meals: There is no on-site restaurant or cafe

● Parking: Secure Undercover Parking is available Free of Charge - 1 car spot
   per apartment

● Transfers: This hotel does not offer airport transfers. A public shuttle service
   can be arranged from the airport after arrival, at approximately A$14 per
   person. A taxi to this hotel from the airport will cost approximately A$30.

● Location: Cnr The Esplanade & Buderim Ave, Mooloolaba, QLD 4557

● Reception Hours: Reception hours are from 8:30am - 5pm Monday to
   Saturday and 9am - 12pm Sunday. After hours check-in can be arranged prior
   to arrival

● Cancellations: Cancellation within 14 days of booked arrival will incur the cost
   of 1 night as a Cancellation Fee. Cancellations more than 14 days will incur an
   cancellation fee of A$50.
