BreakFree Ocean Breeze - Optional Extras

● Minimum Stay: 2 Night minimum stay in all apartments except during Holiday
Season or High Season. 3 Night Minimum stay during Holiday Season, 5 night
minimum stay during High Season

● Cleaning: 1 maid service each week (after 7 days) is included in the tariff.
Additional cleaning cam be provided at an extra cost.

● Extra Guest: additional Guests up to maximum indicated cost A$30 per
guest per night

● Infants: Infants are children under 3 years of age. A cot is available for A$40 for
3 days Hire or A$50 per week. Strollers are available from A$ 35 per week and
high chairs from A$35 per week

● Internet: Dial-Up internet is available via the in-room phone system

● Meals: There is no restaurant or cafe on the property.

● Parking: Secure Undercover Parking is available free of charge

● Transfers: This hotel does not offer airport transfers. A public shuttle service
can be arranged from the airport after arrival, at approximately A$20 per
person. A taxi to this hotel from the airport will cost approximately A$50.

● Reception Hours: Reception hours are from 8am - 7pm Monday to Saturday
and 8am - 6pm Sundays.

BreakFree Ocean Breeze - Booking and Cancellation Policy

2 charges will be made at the time of booking:

● A$102 charged by the Hotel (includes 2% credit card surcharge)

● 10% of the fully booked stay will be charged by M-Power Accommodation

During Usual Season

● The Hotel will charge the balance of the accommodation 14 days prior to arrival.

● A 2% credit card surcharge will be applied to this transaction.

● If the booking date is within 14 days of booked arrival full prepayment will be
charged at time of booking.

● These charges are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled or shortened for any
reason

During High Season & Special Event Times

● For bookings during High Season and Special Events the balance will be charged
30 days prior to arrival.

● A 2% credit card surcharge will be applied to this transaction.

● If the booking date is within 30 days of booked arrival full prepayment will be
charged at time of booking.

● These charges are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled or shortened for any
reason.
