BreakFree Noosa International - Optional Extras and Cancellation Policy

● Minimum Stay:

   Year Round - 2 Night Minimum Stay
   Holiday Season - 3 Night Minimum Stay
   High Season - 5 Night Minimum Stay

● Cleaning: Weekly Maid Service in all room types

● Extra Guests:  additional persons up to maximum indicated cost A$28 per
   person per night

● Infants: Infants are children under 3 years of age. A cot is available for a 3 day
   hire of $35 or A$50 per week

● Internet: Dial-Up internet access is available through the in-room phone
   system utilising your own laptop and Internet service provider.

● Meals: There is a restaurant adjacent to the hotel that serves breakfast lunch
   and dinner and is open Tuesday - Sunday

● Parking: Secure Parking is available at free of charge

● Transfers: This hotel does not offer airport transfers. A public shuttle service
   can be arranged from the airport after arrival, at approximately A$14 per person.
   A taxi to this hotel from the airport will cost approximately A$50.

● Reception Hours: Reception hours are from 8am - 5:30pm Monday -

BreakFree Noosa International - Booking and Cancellation Policy

2 charges will be made at the time of booking:

● A$102 charged by the Hotel (includes 2% credit card surcharge)

● 10% of the fully booked stay will be charged by M-Power Accommodation

During Usual Season

● The Hotel will charge the balance of the accommodation 14 days prior to arrival.

● A 2% credit card surcharge will be applied to this transaction.

● If the booking date is within 14 days of booked arrival full prepayment will be
   charged at time of booking.

● These charges are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled or shortened for
   any reason

During High Season & Special Event Times

● For bookings during High Season and Special Events the balance will be
   charged 30 days prior to arrival.

● A 2% credit card surcharge will be applied to this transaction.

● If the booking date is within 30 days of booked arrival full prepayment will be
   charged at time of booking.

● These charges are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled or shortened for
   any reason
