The Newly opened Medina Grand Perth enjoys a great location onsite at the new Perth Convention Exhibition Centre, in the heart of the city's CBD.

The Media Grand Apartments, Perth provides all the luxury amenities, including pool, Gymnasium, spa and Sauna as well as meeting rooms, and onsite restaurant.

The Apartments have 138 studios, one and two bedroom apartments offering self catering faculties and bedding configurations to suit business travellers and vacationing families.

Located in the heart of Perth City, minutes from the Barrack Street ferry terminal, the Swan Bells and Kings Park. The property is adjacent to the Transport bus terminal the hotel offers easy access to Perth's CAT transport system. It is within easy reach of Perth's museums, art galleries, parks, restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Perth's International and Domestic terminals are 20 minutes by car from the hotel.

Low Season Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:

Different Conditions may apply during Special Event periods. Please contact us for these conditions

• A deposit equal to 10% of the full stay will be charged at the time of making the booking.
• This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason.
• The remaining 90% of the accommodation costs will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay
• Cancellations within 48 hours of booked arrival will incur an additional fee equal to the cost of the first nights accommodation.
• By proceeding with the booking it is understood the the above conditions have been accepted.
