   include a Friday & Saturday

● Cleaning: Daily maid service is provided for all bookings

● Extra Guest:  additional Adults up to maximum indicated cost A$30 per
   adult per night

● Infants: Infants are children under 3 years of age. A cot is available for A$20
   per night.

● Internet: ● Internet: Dial Up internet access is available in your apartment
   through the in-room phone system.

● Meals: week days  Country Cooked Breakfast at A$12.95 per person. Week
   Ends Full Buffet Breakfast at A$12.95 per person.

● Parking: Secure Parking is available at free of charge

● Transfers: This hotel does not offer airport transfers.

● Reception Hours: Reception hours are from 8am - 6pm Saturday to Thursday
   and 8am - 8pm Fridays

● Cancellations: 10% Non Refundable deposit paid at time of booking.
    Cancellation within 48 hours of booked arrival will incur the cost of 1 night as a
    Cancellation Fee.

● Validity: Rates are valid until March 31st, 2008.
