Just 6 years old, this 4 1/2 star quality resort is located right on one of Qld.'s best beaches. Being located in the middle of the Gold Coast, we are just far enough away from the noisy crowds, to be ideal for family groups and those just wanting to relax. Our impressive reception foyer, featuring an 8-floor atrium, leads to a heated pool and spa, sauna, gym and games room and then right onto the sands of Palm Beach. You can also use the safe waters and sandy beaches of the Tallebudgera Creek which is only a short walk from the resort. The nearby Surf Life Saving Club not only patrols the beach each day of the year, but also offers family bistro-style meals every day. Should you prefer to BBQ, you can choose from those on the beach level or on the rooftop where you will also enjoy panoramic views of the Gold Coast. The rooms boast all mod cons, including air-conditioning, together with private balconies and cable TV.

Regency on the Beach -  Optional Extras and Cancellation Policy

● Minimum Stay: 3 Night minimum stay in all apartments during Low Season, 5
   night minimum stay required all other times.

● Cleaning: 1 maid service each week (after 7 days) is included in the tariff.
   Additional cleaning can be provided at an extra cost.

● Extra Guests:  additional Guests up to maximum indicated cost A$25 per
   adult per night

● Infants: Infants are children under 3 years of age. A cot is available for A$25
   per night. Strollers and high chairs are not available at this property.

● Internet: Dial Up Internet access is available via the in-room phone connection

● Meals: There is no on-site restaurant or cafe at this property

● Parking: Secure Undercover Parking is available free of Charge

● Transfers: This hotel does not offer airport transfers.  A taxi to this hotel from the
   airport will cost approximately A$20.

● Reception Hours: Reception hours are from 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday, 
   8:30 - 3pm  Saturdays,  8:30 - 12pm Sundays

   of 1 night as a Cancellation Fee.

● Validity: Rates are valid until March, 2007.
