Perfect for accommodating delegates attending conferences at the Convention Centre, Mantra Broadbeach on the Park offers spacious apartments close to the dining and restaurant hub of Broadbeach.

In addition, Mantra Broadbeach on the Park also offers conference facilities for up to 30 delegates. The Wagland Room, located on the ground floor of the property, accommodates 30 pax theatre style or 15 pax in a Boardroom or U shape set up. The room also has a 106cm Plasma Screen set up in it ready for your presentations.

Mantra Broadbeach On The Park - Optional Extras

● Minimum Stay: 2 Night minimum stay in all apartments throughout the year
except during Holiday Season, High Season and the Indy Car

● Cleaning: 1 maid service each week (after 8 days) is included in the tariff.
Additional cleaning can be provided at an extra cost.

● Extra Guests: additional Guests up to maximum indicated cost A$30 per
guests per night

● Infants: Infants are children under 3 years of age. A cot is available for A$30
per week - minimum charge.

● Internet: Dial Up internet access is available in your apartment through the in-
room phone system.

● Meals: There is no restaurant or cafe on the property

● Parking: Secure Undercover Parking is available free of charge - 1 car per unit

● Transfers: This hotel does not offer airport transfers. A private shuttle service
can be arranged from the airport prior to arrival, at approximately A$18 per
person . A taxi to this hotel from the airport will cost approximately A$40.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

2 charges will be made at the time of booking:
A$102 charged by the Hotel (includes 2% credit card surcharge)
10% of the fully booked stay will be charged by M-Power Accommodation

Usual Season

The Hotel will charge the balance of the accommodation 14 days prior to arrival.
A 2% credit card surcharge will be applied to this transaction.
If the booking date is within 14 days of booked arrival full prepayment will be charged at time of booking.
These charges are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled or shortened for any reason

During High Season or Special Events

For bookings during High Season and Special Events the balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
