There are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom fully self contained luxury apartments. All apartments are tastefully decorated and feature spectacular outlooks from each window. You have the tranquillity and simplicity of sitting back and enjoying your luxury apartment, as well as all the house facilities. Built in 1982 and continuously being refurbished to keep up with standards consists of 16 floors with a 4 unit per floor limit. For many years families have been enjoying the beach front location at an affordable rate. The rooms are spacious and the views are spectacular.

Golden Sands Holiday Apartments -  Optional Extras and Cancellation Policy

● Minimum Stay: 3 Night minimum stay in all apartments, 5 night minimum stay
   required during periods of High demand

● Cleaning: 1 maid service each week (after 7 days) is included in the tariff.
   Additional cleaning can be provided at an extra cost.

● Extra Guests:  additional Guests up to maximum indicated cost A$30 per
   adult per night

● Infants: Infants are children under xx years of age. A cot is available for A$37.50
   flat rate for the duration of your stay. Strollers and high chairs are also available.

● Internet: Can be accessed via the phone line in your apartment - call costs will
   apply.

● Meals: There is no on-site restaurant or cafe

● Parking: Secure Undercover Parking is available free of charge

● Transfers: This hotel does not offer airport transfers. A public shuttle service
   can be arranged from the airport after arrival, at approximately A$17 per adult,
   A$9 per child. A taxi to this hotel from the airport will cost approximately A$50.

● Location: 3575 Main Beach Parade, Mainbeach, QLD 4217

● Reception Hours: Reception hours are from 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday
   and 8:30am - Noon Saturday & Sunday. After hours check-in can be arranged
   prior to arrival

● Cancellations: Cancellation within 14 days of booked arrival will incur the cost
   of 1 night as a Cancellation Fee. Cancellations more than 14 days will incur an
   cancellation fee of A$50.
