Contessa Holiday Condominiums - Optional Extras and Cancellation Policy

● Minimum Stay: 3 Night minimum stay in all apartments, 5 nights in Mid and 7
   Nights in High Season

● Cleaning: 1 maid service each week (after 7 days) is included in the tariff.
   Additional cleaning can be provided at an extra cost.

● Extra Guests:  additional Adults up to maximum indicated cost A$45 per
   guest per night

● Infants: Infants are children under 3 years of age. A cots, strollers and high
   chairs is available for A$45 per day

● Internet: Can be accessed via the phone line in your apartment - call costs will
   apply.

● Meals: There is no on-site restaurant or cafe

● Parking: Secure Undercover Parking is available Free of Charge - 1 car spot
   per apartment

● Transfers: This hotel does not offer airport transfers. A public shuttle service
   can be arranged from the airport after arrival, at approximately A$16 per
   person. A taxi to this hotel from the airport will cost approximately A$40.

● Location: 1 Serisier Ave, Main Beach, QLD 4217

● Reception Hours: Reception hours are from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
   and 9:30am - Noon Saturdays, closed on Sundays. After Hours check-in can
    be arranged prior to arrival

● Cancellations: Cancellation within 14 days of booked arrival will incur the cost
   of 1 night as a Cancellation Fee. Cancellations more than 14 days will incur an
   cancellation fee of A$50.
