BreakFree Sunbird Beach - Optional Extras

• Minimum Stay: 2 Night minimum stay in all apartments, 5 Night minimum during Holiday and Christmas Season.
• Cleaning: 1 maid service each week is included in the tariff. Additional cleaning can be provided at an extra cost.
• Extra Adults: additional Adults up to maximum indicated cost A$30 per adult per night
• Children: Children between 3 & 16 years of age cost A$30 per child per night
• Infants: Infants are children under 3 years of age. A cot is available for A$30 per week per night. Strollers and high chairs are not available at this property.
• Internet: Dial Up Internet access is available via the in-room phone connection.
• Meals: There is no on-site restaurant or cafe at this property
• Parking: Secure Undercover Parking is available Free of Charge
• Transfers: This hotel does not offer airport transfers. A private shuttle service can be arranged from the airport at approximately A$18 per person or $9 child, this can be arranged at the time of booking your accommodation. A taxi to this hotel from the airport will cost approximately A$45.
• Location: 3540 Main Beach Parade, Main Beach, QLD 4217
• Reception Hours: Reception hours are from 8am - 5pm everyday. After hours check-in can be arranged prior to arrival
• Validity: Rates are valid until 31st March, 2006.

BreakFree Sunbird Beach - Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Two (2) non-refundable charges will be made at the time of booking:
  • A$204 charged by the Hotel (includes 2% credit card surcharge)
  • 10% of the fully booked stay will be charged by M-Power Accommodation
• Cancellation more than 14 days (low season) and 30 days (during high season) prior to booked arrival, will incur no further charge
• Cancellations with periods the stated 14 or 30 day period will forfeit the full cost of booked stay.

During Usual Season

• The Hotel will charge the balance of the accommodation 14 days prior to arrival. (This amount will be the full amount of booked stay minus the 10% charge and the A$204 charge)
• A 2% credit card surcharge will be applied to this transaction.
• If the booking date is within 14 days of booked arrival full prepayment will be charged at time of booking.

During High Season & Special Event Times

• These charges are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled or shortened for any reason During High Season & Special Event Times
• For bookings during High Season and Special Events the balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
• A 2% credit card surcharge will be applied to this transaction.
• If the booking date is within 30 days of booked arrival full prepayment will be charged at time of booking.
• These charges are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled or shortened for any reason

• All prices quoted are low season prices unless otherwise indicated.
