BreakFree Wings - Optional Extras

• Minimum Stay: 2 Night minimum stay in all apartments throughout the year except during Holiday Season, High Season and the Indy Car
• Cleaning: 1 maid service each week (after 8 days) is included in the tariff. Additional cleaning can be provided at an extra cost.
• Extra Guests: additional Guests up to maximum indicated cost A$30 per guests per night
• Infants: Infants are children under 3 years of age. A cot is available for A$28 per week - minimum charge.
• Internet: Dial Up internet access is available in your apartment through the in- room phone system.
• Meals: There is no restaurant or cafe on the property
• Parking: Secure Undercover Parking is available free of charge - 1 car per unit
• Transfers: This hotel does not offer airport transfers. A private shuttle service can be arranged from the airport prior to arrival, at approximately A$18 per person . A taxi to this hotel from the airport will cost approximately A$40.
• Location: Cnr Fern St and Gold Coast Highway, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217
• Reception Hours: Reception hours are from 8am - 6pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 7pm Friday and Saturdays and 8pm - 3pm on Sunday
• Validity: Rates are valid until March 2007.

Breakfree Wings - Booking and Cancellation Policy

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

• 2 charges will be made at the time of booking:
• A$102 charged by the Hotel (includes 2% credit card surcharge)
• 10% of the fully booked stay will be charged by M-Power Accommodation

Usual Season

• The Hotel will charge the balance of the accommodation 14 days prior to arrival.
• A 2% credit card surcharge will be applied to this transaction.
• If the booking date is within 14 days of booked arrival full prepayment will be charged at time of booking.
• These charges are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled or shortened for any reason

During High Season or Special Events

• For bookings during High Season and Special Events the balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
• A 2% credit card surcharge will be applied to this transaction.
• If the booking date is within 30 days of booked arrival full prepayment will be charged at time of booking.
• These charges are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled or shortened for any reason.

• All prices quoted are low season prices unless otherwise indicated.
