• Extra Guests: Extra Guests up to the maximum number indicated will cost an extra A$32 per person
• Infants: Cots - A$32 per week (minimum rental). High Chair - A$30 per week (minimum rental)
• Internet: Dial Up Internet access is available through the in-room phone system. Guest to provide own laptop and service provider
• Transfers: The Gold Coast tourist Shuttle operates from Coolangatta Airport and costs A$18 per person. A taxi from the airport will cost about A$40 and take approximately 30 minutes.

• Validity: Rates valid until 31st March 2008

Breakfree - Booking and Cancellation Policy

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

• 2 charges will be made at the time of booking:
• A$102 charged by the Hotel (includes 2% credit card surcharge)
• 10% of the fully booked stay will be charged by M-Power Accommodation

Usual Season

• The Hotel will charge the balance of the accommodation 14 days prior to arrival.
• A 2% credit card surcharge will be applied to this transaction.
• If the booking date is within 14 days of booked arrival full prepayment will be charged at time of booking.
• These charges are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled or shortened for any reason

During High Season or Special Events

• For bookings during High Season and Special Events the balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
• A 2% credit card surcharge will be applied to this transaction.
• If the booking date is within 30 days of booked arrival full prepayment will be charged at time of booking.
• These charges are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled or shortened for any reason.
