BreakFree Paradise Centre - Optional Extras and Cancellation Policy

  • Minimum Stay: 2 Night Minimum year round except INDY (Oct 20-23) when there is a 3 night minimum and Christmas/New Year (Dec 23 - Jan 15th) when a 5 night minimum stay applies
  • Cleaning: Daily Maid Service in all room types
  • Extra Guests: additional persons up to maximum indicated cost A$32 per person per night
  • Infants: Infants are children under 3 years of age. A cot is available for A$32 per week (minimum cot hire is 1 week). High chairs are also available for A$30 per week (minimum hire is 1 week).
  • Internet: Dial Up internet access is available in your apartment through the in- room phone system using your own laptop..
  • Meals: There is no restaurant or cafe on the property
  • Parking: Secure Undercover Parking is available free of charge - 1 car per unit
  • Transfers: This hotel does not offer airport transfers. A private shuttle service can be arranged from the airport prior to arrival, at approximately A$18 per person. A taxi to this hotel from the airport will cost approximately A$50.

BreakFree Paradise Centre - Booking and Cancellation Policy

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

  • 2 charges will be made at the time of booking:
  • A$102 charged by the Hotel (includes 2% credit card surcharge)
  • 10% of the fully booked stay will be charged by M-Power Accommodation

Usual Season

  • The Hotel will charge the balance of the accommodation 14 days prior to arrival.
  • A 2% credit card surcharge will be applied to this transaction.
  • If the booking date is within 14 days of booked arrival full prepayment will be charged at time of booking.
  • These charges are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled or shortened for any reason

During High Season or Special Events

  • For bookings during High Season and Special Events the balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • A 2% credit card surcharge will be applied to this transaction.
  • If the booking date is within 30 days of booked arrival full prepayment will be charged at time of booking.
  • These charges are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled or shortened for any reason.
