Beach Haven Holiday Resort - Overview

Beach Haven is situated opposite a 35 acre recreation park and playground area which adjoins a patrolled surfing beach. A shopping area is situated right at the front door with various banks, boutiques and restaurants.

Broadbeach has become a centrepiece for International dining on the Gold Coast with a myriad of taste sensations to tantalise the palate with over 60 restaurants within a 2 block radius of the Beach Haven Resort.

The Gold Coast is Australia's number one holiday destination and is set by the pristine Pacific Ocean with over 30 kilometres of golden sandy beaches to the east, and the magnificent mountain ranges and forests of the Hinterland just a mere half hour's drive to the West.

Beach Haven Resort - Optional Extras

● Minimum Stay: 3 Night minimum stay in all apartments, 5 nights during
periods of High Demand.

● Cleaning: 1 maid service each week (after 7 days) is included in the tariff.
Additional cleaning cam be provided at an extra cost.

● Extra Guests: additional Guests up to maximum indicated cost A$30 per
adult per night

● Infants: Infants are children under 3 years of age. A cot is available for A$9 per
night. Strollers and high chairs are not available at this property.

● Internet: Can be accessed via the phone line in your apartment - call costs will
apply.

● Meals: There is no On-Site Restaurant or Cafe..

● Parking: Secure Undercover Parking is available free of charge

● Transfers: This hotel does not offer airport transfers. A public shuttle service
   can be arranged from the airport after arrival, at approximately A$17 per adult,
   A$9 per child. A taxi or limo to this hotel from the airport will cost approximately
   A$40.

Beach Haven Resort - Booking and Cancellation Policy

2 charges will be made at the time of booking:

● A$102 charged by the Hotel (includes 2% credit card surcharge)

● 10% of the fully booked stay will be charged by M-Power Accommodation

During Usual Season

● The Hotel will charge the balance of the accommodation 14 days prior to arrival.

● A 2% credit card surcharge will be applied to this transaction.

● If the booking date is within 14 days of booked arrival full prepayment will be
charged at time of booking.

● These charges are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled or shortened for any
reason

During High Season & Special Event Times

● For bookings during High Season and Special Events the balance will be charged
30 days prior to arrival.

● A 2% credit card surcharge will be applied to this transaction.

● If the booking date is within 30 days of booked arrival full prepayment will be
charged at time of booking.

● These charges are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled or shortened for any
reason
