Bay Lodge Apartments -  Optional Extras and Cancellation Policy

● Minimum Stay: LOW SEASON - 3 Night minimum stay, MID SEASON - 5 Night
   minimum stay, HIGH SEASON - 7 Night Minimum stay

● Cleaning: 1 maid service each week (after 7 days) is included in the tariff. Additional
   cleaning cam be provided at an extra cost.

● Extra Guests:  additional guests up to maximum indicated cost A$20 per adult per
   night

● Infants: Infants are children under 3 years of age. A cot is available for A$5 per night.
   Strollers and high chairs are not available at this property.

● Internet: Can be accessed via the phone line in your apartment - call costs will
   apply.

● Parking: Secure Undercover Parking is available free of charge.

● Transfers: This hotel does not offer airport transfers. A public shuttle service can be
   arranged from the airport after arrival, at approximately A$17 per adult, A$9 per child.
   A taxi to this hotel from the airport will cost approximately A$50.

● Location: 35 Palm Ave, Surfers Paradise, Qld 4217

● Reception Hours: Reception hours are from 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday
   and 8:30am - 12pm Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays, Check-in after hours
   can be arranged prior to arrival.

● Cancellations: A fee of $50 per unit will be charged on all cancellations. If cancelled
    within 14 days of arrival, there will be no refund.

● Validity: Rates are valid until March, 2007.
