The Meriton Kent Street is a brand New 5 Star hotel apartment building which offers exceptional accommodation in a spectacular architecturally designed building.

This is the newest of Meriton Serviced Apartments centrally located properties, and, like the other properites, the Meriton Kent St has optimised a prime positions in the heart of Sydney.

Australia's biggest city is right at your doorstep and many of the city's prime nightlife spots, restaurants, attractions and entertainment are only minutes away.

SATURDAY NIGHTS: A minimum stay of 2 nights applies to ALL stays
including a Saturday night (no 1 night stays on Saturday night)

SURCHARGE: Meriton will charge a credit card surcharge of 3% to all American Express and Diners Club Card payments. Visa, MasterCard and Australian Bankcard
payments will not attract a credit card fee.

Construction: The building is fully constructed however the fit-out of the highest floors continue. Intermittent noise disturbance may be experienced during daylight hours, between 7am and 4pm Monday to Saturday. All other property facilities are operational.

● Rates: These rates are available during low season times til the dates noted.

   All rates above are for up to the number of guest shown. A sofa is available in
   some apartments (on request only) and is suitable for one extra guest under
   12 year s old a cost of A$50/night.

● Infant Cots: Cots and Infant accessories are not provided by the hotel. However,
   you can call 'Hire-4-Baby' (02 9300 9098) to arrange a Cot or other infant items.

● Non-Smoking: All Meriton apartments are non-smoking. All apartments have
   balconies.

● Bedding: All beds are Zipped King Beds and each apartment's bedroom can have
   1 King Bed or 2 Single Beds.

● Bathrooms: All apartments feature one full bathroom.

● Hotel Bond: Without the credit card of a staying guest, or the authorised use of a
   'third party' (someone else's) credit card being held as guarantee against damage
   and incidentals, a cash Bond of A$500/night may be required prior to keys being
   given upon check-in. If you have secured your own reservation with your own credit
   card then this will be held as guarantee against damage and incidentals, and no
   cash bond will be required.
