The Tasman ballroom, a large variable area divisible into three independent rooms - Tuggerah, Budgewoi and Munmorah, plus two additional boardrooms.

Overlooking the water, this bistro style restaurant features international cuisine and a Cocktail bar and lounge. There is also alfresco seating for up to 50 along the promenade. The restaurant is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner 7 days per week. There is also a licensed Pool Bar.
