At the heart of the conference facilities is the Presidential ballroom, an ideal venue for exhibitions, special events, seminars and large meetings. The ballroom incorporates 3 venues • Kennedy, Roosevelt and Lincoln.

Offering spacious and comfortable guestrooms that are enhanced by views across the CBD, Brisbane’s inner suburbs or overlooking the central courtyard. The 4.5 star Sebel tower offers 210 rooms, including 7 Luxury Suites with spas. The spacious Deluxe Rooms all feature ample natural light, classical furnishings with writing desk and lamps, data point entry and three telephones (desk, bedside and bathroom) combined with a magnificent bathroom.

• Extra Adults: A Roll-away bed is available in all room types - 1 extra Adult only - A$45 / night
• Infants: Cots are available free of charge
• Internet: High speed internet is available in guest rooms. A$0.55 per minute up to a maximum of A$29 per day (12am- 12pm)
• Parking: Secure Parking is available at A$20 per car per day
• Transfers: This hotel does not offer airport Transfers, a taxi from the airport will cost about A$20

The Sebel King George Square Hotel  - Booking and Cancellation Policy:

• 10% of the full amount of the booked stay is charged at the time of making the booking
• The balance of the accommodation costs will be charged on arrival at the hotel
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the booked arrival date will incur an additional fee equal to 1 nights accommodation.
• No monies will be refunded if the booking is cancelled or shortened for any reason
