Oxygen Apartments -  Optional Extras and Cancellation Policy

● Minimum Stay: 3 Night minimum stay in all apartments

● Cleaning: 1 maid service each week (after 7 days) is included in the tariff.
   Additional cleaning can be provided at an extra cost.

● Extra Adults:  additional Adults up to maximum indicated cost A$30 per
   adult per night

● Children: Children are free in existing bedding.

● Infants: Infants are children under 3 years of age. A cot is available for A$30
   per night. Strollers and high chairs are not available at this property.

● Internet: Broadband Internet Access is available. A$10 per day, $20 per week,
   A$40/month - 300meg download limit/week

● Parking: Secure Undercover Parking is available free of charge

● Transfers: This hotel does not offer airport transfers. A taxi to this hotel from
   the airport will cost approximately A$35. Public Transport is available from the
   airport to Central Station (Roma Street) this station is about 500m from the
   apartments.

● Location: 170 Leichhardt Street, Spring Hill, Qld 4000

● Reception Hours: Reception hours are from 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday
   and 9am - 12pm Saturday, close on Sundays. Check-in outside of these hours
   can be arranged.

● Cancellations: For all Bookings: a 10% non-refundable deposit is charged at the
   time of making the booking.

   For bookings of 2 week or more: Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will incur
   a cancellation fee equal to 1 weeks accommodation costs

   For bookings of less than 2 weeks: Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will incur
   a cancellation fee equal to 2 days accommodation costs

● Validity: Rates are valid until 1st April, 2007.
