The Metropolitan Motor Inn is a spacious 3 1/2 star boutique hotel, with 54 modern comfortable rooms and three conference rooms. The rooms are above average in size, modern, and clean, with all the facilities required for a comfortable stay. The Metropolitan Motor Inn provides standard, executive and family rooms to suit all budgets.

The Metropolitan Motor Inn is located in the historic Spring Hill area of Brisbane which is just a short stroll to the centre of the city of Brisbane, and only a few blocks to the Spring Hill medical district, which includes such hospitals as ST Andrews and Brisbane Private. This Hotel is also only a 5 minute walk to other such areas as the Queen Street Mall, Myer Centre, Government offices and Restaurants, as well as Central Station and Roma Street Transit Centre, Treasury Casino, Convention Centre, Performing Arts Complex, Queensland Museum, South Bank Parkland and craft markets every Sunday at Eagle Street Pier.

If you decide to bring a car, undercover parking is available free of charge, subject to car space availability. Take advantage of car parking the next day when you decide to finish your business or pleasure in the city.
