The Sydney Shangri-La Hotel, occupies on of Sydney's most enviable locations. The hotel is very near to Circular Quay with a vista that takes in the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Harbour beyond from northern facing rooms and suites and west toward Darling Harbour from rooms on the that side of the building. Eastern side rooms and suites enjoy views of the Sydney Opera House, the Sydney Botanical Gardens and Sydney Harbour beyond.

Inter-Touch High Speed Internet

The majority of accommodation rooms and suites are powered by inter-touch, which offers a secure 2-Megabit connection to the Internet. The inter-touch solution supports all major Virtual Private Networks (VPN’s) used by corporations around the world, allowing business travellers secure access from the comfort of their hotel rooms to their own private corporate networks. Complimentary customer support operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Maximum cost per 24 hours A$26. Connection & first minute cost is A$2.75 and A$0.55 per minute thereafter, up to daily cap of A$26.

To meet the needs of the corporate traveller, the well-equipped Business Centre is open seven days a week, 24 hours a day with secretarial assistance available Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 6.00pm and after hours on request.

● A private office and a boardroom within the Business Centre that comfortably
   seats up to eight guests (larger meeting rooms are also available), costs available
   upon request.

● A team of experienced secretaries who are available to meet all administrative
   needs.

   Business Centre include personal computers, facsimiles, heat and plastic binding
   equipment, telex machines, colour photocopies and a laminating service. Also
   available are laser printers, mobile phones and pager rental, audio-visual
   equipment,  Dictaphones and a courier service, as well as a translation service.

Optional Extras and Information

• Family Plan: Children under 18 stay free of charge when staying in the same room as their parents.
• Children’s meal plan: Children of registered hotel guests under the age of 6 can enjoy complimentary buffet meals when accompanied by a paying adult.
• Reservations policy: Reservations not guaranteed will be held until 6pm on the day of arrival. Guaranteed reservations cancelled after 6pm on the day of arrival will be subjected to a one-night charge.
• Extra Guests: All room types are available as either single, double, twin or triple. Above rates are for the number of guests shown. If a roll-away bed is required there is an additional charge of $60/night. An infant's cot can be provided at no further charge.
• Wheelchair Access: provided in some of the Deluxe Opera House View Rooms
• Breakfast: Full Buffet Breakfast is available at A$36 per person.
• Parking: Available at $25 per 24 hours - multiple entries till 3pm the following day.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in time is after 3pm, and Check-out time 11am. Late check-out available on request and Express checkout available to all guests.

Low Season Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy

• A deposit equal to 10% of the full stay will be charged at the time of making the booking.
• This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason.
• The remaining 90% of the accommodation costs will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay
• Cancellations after 6 pm on booked arrival or failure to show for he booking will incur an additional fee equal to the cost of the first nights accommodation.
• By proceeding with the booking it is understood the the above conditions have been accepted.
