Description / Location

The first Sydney Hotel to be built on and over the water, taking full advantage of its stunning waterfront location.

161 rooms comprising of 132 stylish guestrooms, 19 beautiful King rooms and 10 elegant Suites. All guestrooms combine contemporary interior features and restored heritage architecture, with either harbour or bridge views.

All of the guestrooms and suites at The Sebel Pier One Sydney are stylishly appointed and offer full hotel services & facilities you would expect from a Sebel hotel. Please note: all rooms are non-smoking.

Low Season Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:

Different Conditions may apply during Special Event periods. Please contact us for these conditions

• A deposit equal to 10% of the full stay will be charged at the time of making the booking.
• This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason.
• The remaining 90% of the accommodation costs will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay
• Cancellations within 48 hours of booked arrival will incur an additional fee equal to the cost of the first nights accommodation.
• By proceeding with the booking it is understood the the above conditions have been accepted.

Optional Extras / Additional Information

• Extra Adults: The Sebel Pier One is not configured to sleep more than 2 occupants in any room type, using existing bedding. A rollaway bed can be provided at an extra A$30/night, however it will fit only in a King Bridge, King Water view Room or Suite.
• Smoking: All rooms are non-smoking. Ground floor rooms may be requited as these rooms are more accessible to outside.
• Infants: An infant cot is available at no further charge in all room types.
• Cleaning: Daily maid service is included in the tariff. Additional cleaning can be provided at an extra cost
• Internet: Broadband internet is available from $29 per day.
• Meals: There is a Restaurant featuring modern Australian cuisine and a Wine Bar, called "The Front", both overlooking the harbour.
• Parking: Valet parking is available from A$25 per 24 hours - multi entry.
• Transfers: This Hotel does not offer airport transfers. A shuttle bus will cost about $10 per person, Taxis about A$50.

• Reception Hours: Hotel Reception is open 24 hrs.
• Check-In: Check-in time after 2pm, Check-out time is before 11am.
• Rates: Rates are valid until December 31st 2008.
