The 4½ star York Apartment Hotel is a luxury apartment Hotel complex offering Studios, 1 and 2 Bedroom Apartments - all apartments have a Balcony, Kitchen, TV with Foxtel, High Speed Internet access, Climate Control Air conditioning. All Deluxe Apartments at the York have been recently refurbished

The York Apartment Hotel by Swiss-Belhotel has a truly central location - being within a 5 minute walk of Wynyard Station (a major train and bust terminal) as well as a short stroll to the Rocks, Circular Quay, Sydney Harbour Bridge, Opera House and Darling Harbour. The York Hotel is in the heart of Sydney's Central Business district making the hotel very accessible to Cafes, Restaurants, Museums and Galleries.

The York offers its guests a fully equipped Gymnasium, roof top heated pool and spa. There is a restaurant on-site that offers in-room dining.

Deluxe Rooms have been recently refurbished and are non-smoking.

Standard Rooms may be smoking and have not been refurbished in recent times.

• Rates: Rates quoted are for the number of guests indicated (up to the maximum)
• Extra Guests: Add A$50 per night for use of the Sofa bed or rollaway bed
• Sofa Beds: Most Standard One and Two Bedroom Apartments have a Sofa Bed
• Sofa Bed is suitable for 1 extra adult or 2 children under 8 yrs old. Sofa Bed is not available in Deluxe Apartments and a single rollaway bed option is available for an extra guest
• Disabled / Wheelchair Rooms: This property does not have rooms which are designated disabled friendly.
• Deluxe Apartments have been recently refurbished.
• Parking: Secure Parking is available at approx approx A$30 per day (single entry).
• Internet: Wireless modem can be provided for A$30 per day or A$125 per week.
• Breakfast: Breakfast basket's are available for A$17 per person.
• Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards are accepted. Diners Club is not accepted.
• New Year: Please apply for The York Hotel New Years rates and availability.

Low Season Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:

Different Conditions may apply during Special Event periods. Please contact us for these conditions

• A deposit equal to 10% of the full stay will be charged at the time of making the booking.
• This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason.
• The remaining 90% of the accommodation costs will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay
• Cancellations within 48 hours of booked arrival will incur an additional fee equal to the cost of the first nights accommodation.
• By proceeding with the booking it is understood the the above conditions have been accepted.
