All the self contained apartments have recently been refurbished with new carpets, new furnishings plus all have been repainted. Each apartment comes with air conditioning, dishwasher, and a new LCD TV with Foxtel.

There are approximately 12 steep stairs leading into the building. The Apartments are cleaned daily. Metro on King St Darling Harbour is a non-smoking hotel, but for those who wish to smoke, apartments do offer a private balcony.

 A strict "NO PARTY" Policy is in place for the comfort of all guests.

• Transfers: The hotel does not provide airport transfers. A taxi from the airport to the Hotel will cost approximately A$40

Low Season Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:

• A deposit equal to 10% of the full stay will be charged at the time of making the booking.
• This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason.
• The remaining 90% of the accommodation costs will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay
• Cancellations within 72 hours of booked arrival will incur an additional fee equal to the cost of the first nights accommodation.
• By proceeding with the booking it is understood the the above conditions have been accepted.
