Mantra On Kent Sydney - Optional Extras and Cancellation Policy

  • Extra Adults: All rates for 1 or 2 Adults -- add A$40/night for use of Sofa Bed. An infant's cot can be provided at no further charge
  • Breakfast: Continental Breakfast available from about A$14/person & Full Breakfast for A$17.
  • Parking: They can offer you parking at approx A$36 per / day (unlimited entry/exit)
  • Special Event Times: Please contact us for availability, rates and conditions during special event times. These include Mardi Gras (around late Feb early March) New Year (December 30th-January1st)

Low Season Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:

Different Conditions may apply during Special Event periods. Please contact us for these conditions
  • A deposit equal to 10% of the full stay will be charged at the time of making the booking.
  • This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason.
  • The remaining 90% of the accommodation costs will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of booked arrival will incur an additional fee equal to the cost of the first nights accommodation.
  • By proceeding with the booking it is understood the the above conditions have been accepted.
  • All prices quoted are low season prices unless otherwise indicated.

  • Rates are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include tax (GST).
