The heritage listed Vulcan Hotel has been a provider of quality accommodation and refreshments since 1884 to travellers and workers in Shipping, Iron Works and Wool Store industries that flourished in area today know as Darling Harbour

The Vulcan Hotel only a 10 - 15 minute walk to Sydney's spectacular Darling Harbour and Cockle Bay Wharf, The Imax Theatre, Sydney Aquarium, Sydney Maritime Museum, the Powerhouse Museum and Sydney’s Central Business District, Entertainment and shopping areas are only a further 5 minutes walk on.

The Vulcan Hotel is well served by public transport with Buses running into the City and Circular Quay can be caught one block away from the hotel. Central Train Station is a 10 minute walk away.
