Guests can enjoy breakfast at the open air café located on the ground floor or relax in our lounge and 'chill out' room located on Level 1 of the hotel overlooking the vibrancy of Sussex St.

The central location of the Pensione Hotel, only 200m to either Sydney's Town Hall & Grand Central Stations, provides visitors with a perfect location from which to explore the many tourist attractions Sydney has to offer. Low Season Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:

• A deposit equal to 10% of the full stay will be charged at the time of making the booking.
• This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason.
• The remaining 90% of the accommodation costs will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay
• Cancellations within 5 days of booked arrival will incur an additional fee equal to the cost of the first nights accommodation.
• By proceeding with the booking it is understood the the above conditions have been accepted.
