Located on the corner of Bathurst Street and Sussex Street on the Darling Harbour side of Sydney's business district, the Oaks Maestri making the hotel an easy walk to Chinatown, Sydney Convention Centre, the Queen Victoria Building, Sydney Aquarium, Sydney Wildlife World, the Imax Theatre and many other attractions. Within a 30 minute stroll you can also reach the Powerhouse Museum, The Rock, Circular Quay, Sydney Harbour Bridge, the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Royal Botanic Gardens.

Studio Apartment -- This apartment has the sleeping area in an open plan with the kitchenette and living area and no laundry.

One Bedroom Apartment -- This apartment has the sleeping area separated from the full kitchen and living area. It has an internal laundry.

One Bedroom Deluxe Apartment -- This apartment has the bedroom separated from the full kitchen and living area. It has an internal laundry.

Two Bedroom Apartment -- This apartment has the bedrooms separated from the full kitchen and living area. It has an internal laundry

• Balcony: All apartments have balconies.
• Non-Smoking: The Oaks Maestri Apartments are a no-smoking in room’s property; however smoking on the balcony is acceptable.
• Disabled Facilities: Disabled Facilities are available in a Studio Apartments.
• Breakfast: Breakfast Vouchers for a nearby cafe can be purchased from reception.
• Parking: Parking is available at approx A$25 hours (multiple entry).
• Internet: High speed internet is provided by a third party at A$20 set up fee and A$10/day.
• Extra Guest: Sofa bed must be requested - additional charge $37 per person per night applies.
• An infant cot can be provided at A$20/night.

Low Season Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:

Different Conditions may apply during Special Event periods. Please contact us for these conditions

• A deposit equal to 10% of the full stay will be charged at the time of making the booking.
• This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason.
• The remaining 90% of the accommodation costs will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay
• Cancellations within 48 hours of booked arrival will incur an additional fee equal to the cost of the first nights accommodation.
• By proceeding with the booking it is understood the the above conditions have been accepted.
