Description/Location

Napoleon on Kent is a 4 star, self contained apartment complex offering both Studio and 1 Bedroom Apartments - all apartments have a Kitchenette, TV with Foxtel, Climate Control Air conditioning.

The Napoleon on Kent Apartments are well located between Sydney's Central Business District and Darling Harbour. The apartments are a few minutes walk to Wynyard rail and bus terminal..

The hotel is on Kent Street - a 10 minute walk from the historic Rocks area to the north or Darling Harbour to the West. Chinatown, major shopping centre's, theatres, and a wide range of fine dining options also all well within walking distance

 ● 2 minutes walk to Wynyard Station and the many shops contained within its
   underground precinct.
● 5 minutes walk to Darling Harbour, King Street Wharves, Imax theatre,
   Sydney Aquarium.
● 10 minutes walk to the Maritime Museum, Star City Casino convention centre
   and all of the excitement that area has to offer.
● 10 minute walk to the historic Rocks area and the base of the Sydney Harbour
    Bridge.
● 15 minute walk to the Circular Quay ferry terminal and bus stations.

Martin Place, Centrepoint shopping centre and tower, Queen Victoria Building shopping arcade and other interesting shops and arcades are an enjoyable short stroll away.

Napoleon on Kent - Optional Extras and Cancellation Policy

Extra Adults: Add A$30 per person per night for the use of the sofa bed in a One Bedroom Apartment.

Infants: Can be provided at an additional cost of A$10/night

Cleaning: 1 maid service each week is included in the tariff for stays of 7 nights or longer. Additional cleaning ca be provided at an extra cost: A$20/clean.

Internet: Guest to provide own computer; high speed wireless internet connection available A$20/24 hours or connect through phone line in room, local call charges apply.

Meals: There is no on-site restaurant or cafe

Parking: Secure Undercover Parking for one car is available A$35 per day (limited availability)

Transfers: This hotel does not offer airport transfers. A public shuttle service can be arranged from the airport after arrival, at approximately A$10 per person. A taxi to this hotel from the airport will cost approximately A$30.

Check-In Reception hours are from 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm Saturdays, 9am-2pm Sundays. If Check-in is required outside of these hours special arrangements can be made.

Cancellations: Cancellation within 48 hours of booked arrival will incur the cost of 1 night as a Cancellation Fee.

Rates: All prices quoted are low season prices. Please apply for availability and quote for special event times. Prices and conditions may vary without notice.

Validity: Rates are valid until December 28th, 2009.

Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:

• There will be a non refundable deposit of 10% of the booked stay charged by M-Power Accommodation at the time of booking.
• The remaining 90% cost of the stay will by charged by the Apartments at time of check-in
• If the booking is cancelled more than 15 days prior to booked arrival, the 90% balance of the first night will also be charged
• If the booking is cancelled or shortened within 14 days of booked arrival or the guest fails to show for the booking, then 100% of the booked stay will be forfeited.
• By making a booking it is understood you accept these conditions.
• M-Power Accommodation strongly recommends comprehensive Travel Insurance to cover losses due to unforseen circumstances.
