Bayview Boulevard Sydney - Overview

The Bayview Boulevard Sydney has undergone major renovations (approximately $20 million) which consisted of an upgrade of all 270 guest rooms & suites, the 25th Floor Restaurant, the Lobby Area, the Grand Ballroom and additional breakout areas, and the new Seasons Cafe.

The Bayview Boulevard Hotel Sydney offers spacious, rooms with broadband facilities in all guest rooms and spa baths on the Emerald floors. The hotels has scenic vistas of the Sydney Harbour and the city skyline.

The newly renovated gymnasium, sauna and steam room on the 24th floor are now open for use and there's a range of convention room options as well as selection in house dining choices.

Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy: (in low season)

  • A deposit equal to 10% of the full stay will be charged at the time of making the booking.
  • This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason.
  • The remaining 90% of the accommodation costs will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of booked arrival will incur an additional fee equal to the cost of the first nights accommodation.
  • By proceeding with the booking it is understood the the above conditions have been accepted.

Bayview Boulevard Sydney - Optional Extras and Cancellation Policy

  • Extra Adults: There is a maximum of 3 adults per room. 3rd adult incurs a A$50 surcharge
  • Infants: Infants are children under 3 years. Cots can be provided free of charge
  • Internet: Broadband Internet is available in guest rooms - A$24.95/day
  • Breakfast: Full buffet breakfast from A$27.50 per person. Children under 11 years half price
  • Transfers: This hotel does not offer airport transfers. Shuttle bus can be arranged at airport approx $10pp or taxi approx $30-40AUD
  • Location: This hotel is located at 90 William Street Sydney
  • Cancellations: 10% of the full amount of the stay is charged at the time of booking, this amount is non-refundable if the stay is cancelled or shortened for any reason. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will incur an additional charge equal to 1 nights accommodation.
  • Special Event Times: Please contact us for availability, rates and conditions during special event times. These include Mardi Gras (around late Feb early March) New Year (December 30th-January1st)
