Description/Location

Located on Oxford Street in the fashionable inner city area of Paddington, Sullivans is surrounded by specialty shops, fashion boutiques, restaurants, cafes, cinemas and galleries. Paddington is a delight to explore on foot, with its winding streets, handsome terrace houses and village atmosphere. On Saturdays it plays host to Paddington Bazaar, Sydney's liveliest street market. Sullivans is within walking distance of City shopping and Oxford Street's vibrant nightlife and restaurant scene. Buses run every few minutes from the hotel to Circular Quay, Central Station and Bondi and Bronte beaches. Airport shuttle buses drop off at the hotel.

If you are coming to Sydney on holiday, allow plenty of time to take in some of the attractions on offer. The City is blessed with a majestic harbour, excellent beaches, outstanding restaurants and a vibrant nightlife.

For the first time visitor, your starting point should be a cruise on Sydney Harbour. After that you can choose from day tours of the City to wine tours to the Hunter Valley, visits to nature parks and 4WD tours to the Blue Mountains. Tour companies will pick up and drop off at our hotel. A car is not really necessary in Sydney and the independent traveller will enjoy using Sydney's extensive network of buses, trains and ferries to discover the City. Or perhaps you might borrow one of our free guest bicycles to explore the delights of Paddington and nearby Centennial Park.

The most frequent complaint we hear from our guests is that they did not allow enough time in Sydney, even from those staying for a week or more, so be warned!

• Please note: Sullivans charge a 3% surcharge on all payments made with American Express and Diners Card. Payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Australian Bankcard will not attract a surcharge.
• Parking: Limited parking at no charge (first come first served).
• Smoking: All rooms at Sullivans Hotel will be non-smoking. Guests are able to use the courtyard areas.
• Breakfast: Available from A$12.50 for a Cold Buffet breakfast from A$17 for a Full Cooked breakfast and Buffet.
• New Year: Please check for The Arts Hotel New Year rates and availability

Low Season Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:

Different Conditions may apply during Special Event periods. Please contact us for these conditions

• A deposit equal to 10% of the full stay will be charged at the time of making the booking.
• This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason.
• The remaining 90% of the accommodation costs will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay
• Cancellations within 48 hours of booked arrival will incur an additional fee equal to the cost of the first nights accommodation.
• By proceeding with the booking it is understood the the above conditions have been accepted.
