For a very reasonable price, you can rent a well equipped studio apartment in a central part of Sydney -- some with panoramic views.

Crown Studio Apartments are quality serviced apartments that will give you the freedom and privacy a conventional hotel will not.

Location

Located near the city centre, the apartments are a stroll into the city and a 5 minute cab ride from Kings Cross, Central Station and Darling Harbour.

The property is only 10-15 minutes from the airport, the historic Rocks area, Sydney Opera House, Sydney Showground and Fox Studios, Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) Aussie Stadium (formerly Sydney Football Stadium, SFS) and Moore Park Golf Course are with in easy reach.

Crown Studio Apartments are just around the corner to Oxford Street which is famous for its cosmopolitan cuisine and nights clubs.

Miscellaneous

Towels and linen can be exchanged on a weekly basis, upon request for self-self service at no extra charge.

A weekly room service is available upon request at an additional cost of A$50/week.

Booking Conditions

These apartments are only available on a weekly basis with a minimum 14 nights stay.

Let us know if your intended stay is less than 14 nights as we may still be able to negotiate your stay.

If the stay is shortened, the rates applicable to the reduced length of stay will apply.

The weekly rate will be charged in advance, and remaining nights totalling less than a week will be charged pro rata on the appropriate weekly rate.

An amount equal to the weekly rate will be charged at the time of booking as a Bond, to the credit card securing the reservation.

This amount is not refundable if the stay is cancelled for any reason.

The Bond, however, will be returned at time of check-out if the key is returned and no incidental costs have been incurred.
