   Family Rooms.

● Internet: Internet access is available in the hotel at a cost of A$2 per 20
   minutes. Guests may also connect to their own service provider from the phone
   line in the room.

● Meals: Continental breakfast is available for A$9 per person. Full breakfast is
    A$13 per person.

● Parking: Secure Parking is available at the Carlton Crest Hotel a couple of
   minutes walk away. Cost is $16 per 24 hours, and provides for one entry and
   one exit.

● Transfers: Privately operated Airport Shuttle Busses cost about AU$8 -10 per
   person one way. A taxi will cost abut $40-50 one way to the city from the airport
   and carry up to 5 passengers.

Low Season Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:

Different Conditions may apply during Special Event periods. Please contact us for these conditions
  • A deposit equal to 10% of the full stay will be charged at the time of making the booking.
  • This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason.
  • The remaining 90% of the accommodation costs will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of booked arrival will incur an additional fee equal to the cost of the first nights accommodation.
  • By proceeding with the booking it is understood the the above conditions have been accepted.
