Parking: There is limited on-site parking available, pre-bookings essential - AUD$20 for 24hours (extra charge for additional hours). Or Y Hotel on Hyde Park can arrange parking at a nearby parking station, it can be booked on arrival at the Hotel at extra cost.

Tax: All prices include GST (Goods & Services Tax)

Smoking: All apartments are NON-Smoking apartments

Internet: High speed internet is available. A$10 for 2 consecutive hours or A$20 for 10 consecutive hours.

Child Policy: No charge for one child under 4 years old sharing room with parents using existing bedding. An infant's cot can be provided at no further charge.

Guarantee Policy: Credit card details are required at the time of booking to secure reservation.

10% non-refundable deposit is charged at time of booking. Remaining 90% is paid after check-in.

If guests fail to arrive, the credit card will be debited the rate of 1 room night. (Note: this charge is on top of the 10% deposit charged at time of booking)

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation made within 48 hours of booked arrival will incur a charge equal to the first night's stay.
