Description

The Park Lodge Hotel is a fairly unique lodging option for international travellers. Guests at the Lodge enjoy a friendly and youthful environment - often centred around the courtyard and communal kitchen.

All rooms at the Park Lodge Hotel have their own private bathroom. small refrigerator, and television.

When signing up, the guest purchases a linen pack which then becomes the responsibility of the guest to maintain.

Location

The Park Lodge Hotel is located in in the Sydney inner-city southern suburb of Moore Park and is nearby Surry Hills and Darlinghurst, among Sydney's most vibrant inner residential locals.

The Lodge is about a 20 minute walk to Sydney's city centre or a short bus ride. Nearby are restaurants and shopping centre to stock up on those essential items.

The Park Lodge is situated opposite Moore Park and Moore Park Golf Course. Just beyond Moore Park is the Sydney Cricket Grounds, Sydney Football Stadium and the Entertainment Quarter (formerly Fox Studios)

Sydney's International and Domestic Airports are about a 15-20 minute cab ride away from the hotel. Famous Sydney beaches such as Bondi Beach and Coogee Beach are within a 30 minute drive away.

Facilities and Services

All of the 20 rooms at the hotel are individually furnished in a fashion to complement the Victorian building which houses the lodge.

Rooms and Rates

STANDARD BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The minimum length of stay is 1 month.
• A credit card is required to secure the booking.
• At time of booking a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the booked stay will be charged
• The remaining 90% amount of rent is due monthly in advance.
• 14 days notice is required to shorten the booked stay. This is after the month minimum stay requirement has been fulfilled.
• A security deposit of $700 per room OR will provide their credit card details and passport which is redeemable if all terms and conditions of this Agreement are adhered to.
• If the booking is cancelled within 28 days of booked arrival or the guest fails to show for the booking or the booking is shortened to less than the month minimum stay, the 90% balance of the 1 month stay will be forfeited.
• By proceeding with the booking it is understood this policy has been accepted.

• The above rates are quoteed in Australian dollars and include GST (tax).
• Rates and conditions may change without notice.
• Check-in for stays at the Park Lodge Hotel are not done on-site. Check-in must be done at the property managers office where an accommodation agreement is signed and a linen pack purchased, prior to being given keys, and must be done during business hours (9-5pm, Mon-Fri). The property managers office is located approximately 5 min walk from Central Station and 15 minutes walk from the hotel.
• ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING. Due to the small number of rooms available and the increasing demand for non-smoking rooms, Park Lodge Hotel has had to adopt a non-smoking policy in all our rooms. We apologise for any inconvenience. There is an easily accessible courtyard for our guests who wish to smoke.
